Snacks are the devil ,but we love them. Sadly, they are the epitome of why people are fat. When you’re on the go, you grab a snack. When you’re in the office with no time for lunch, you grab a quick (and likely) unhealthy bite. When you sit down to watch a movie, there’s no better date than a big bag of chips. First things first, stay away from anything in the junk food aisle at the supermarket. It truly doesn’t matter if you see LOW FAT, LOW SUGAR, or LOW CALORIE. Chances are they’ve substituted it with something else that’s either fattening or bad for you. If there are more than five to 10 ingredients that you can’t pronounce, put the bag down and move on.
