Toronto has long been a melting pot of cultures and cuisines, with food from all over the world easily available. This includes flavours of Turkey as well, with Pasaj, which also serves a traditional Istanbul-style brunch.

Pasaj
The venue is operated and owned by John and Dee Ulgen, the same team behind the popular Simit and Chai. While Pasaj started out primarily as a bakery, they are now gaining recognition as a delightful brunch spot. Oh, and did we mention that the Istanbul-style brunch is available daily?
Moving on to the menu, they offer a blend of traditional Turkish dishes as well their take on some American items. If you’re looking to enjoy a little bit of everything that the cuisine has to offer, then Break-Feast is the way to go. This comes with sausage, eggs, Turkish bread, homemade jam, dried fruits and so much more.
The menu also features shakshouka (two poached eggs with tomatoes and bell peppers). Pancakes, toast and smoked salmon are some of the other dishes. Pasaj is open for brunch everyday from 9:30am – 3pm.
