The regular ice cream scoops are made by Mapton’s Organic Dairy Farm, while the soft serves are prepared in house daily.
This spot for ice cream in Toronto is run by Angela Phung, who also looks after aka. The Store on Queen Street. And it’s not just the ice creams that are created with colour. It’s visible with the interiors too, with floral placements and a graffiti wall.
In addition to being gluten-free, the scoops from Mapton are also prepared without salt. For more toppings, you can also pick dried fruits, nuts and sprinkles. Happy Sundae is open daily from 1pm.
