The warmer weather brings pop-ups, partnerships and exclusive menus for some of Toronto’s best restaurants. For the warmer season, ICONINK’s Summer Season will add new flavours and interactive experiences at their hotspot restaurants and patios, offering another reason to make that reservation.
Owned and operated by well-known hospitality professionals Hanif Harji and Charles Khabouth, ICONINK’s restaurant portfolio includes beloved spots like Akira Back, Batch, Byblos, Estia, FIGO, French Made, KŌST, Mira Mister C, Patria, The STORYS Building and Weslodge.

The season kicked off on Tuesday, April 30th with an intimate affair at Byblos Uptown. Hosted in partnership with esteemed Lebanese winery, Chateau Musar, 45 guests enjoyed a thoughtful five-course prix fixe menu by corporate executive chef Ben Heaton with back vintage Chateau Musar wine pairings.
At the Italian-inspired FIGO Prince Edward County’s mother-daughter duo from Grange of Prince Edward will host an evening of compelling conversation and storytelling complimented by VQA wines and chef Ben Heaton’s four-course prix fixe menu on Tuesday, May 7.
Back by popular demand, Patria’s paella party will hit the streets of King West this summer with personal size paellas – a signature dish at the popular spot – available for purchase. For the first time ever, an intimate group of culinary-inclined guests can make their own croissants at French Made inside the Bisha Hotel.
