Toronto is home to an endless array of fried chicken locations. They all vary with different cuisines, flavours and tastes. Even with fast food chains, each one brings its own unique style and flavour. Joining that list its Jollibee Canada with the launch of their chicken sandwich, the Jollibee Chickenwich.
Customers can go for the original option or you brave the spicy chicken (if you dare). In each case, the chicken is a slow-marinated and double hand-breaded fillet. The sandwich is topped with umami mayo and comes with a brioche bun. So what makes the spicy one different? The highlight is the delectable sriracha mayo, accompanied by fresh jalapeños.
Crispy and juicy is the name of the game when it comes to these two new sandwiches from Jollibee. Each of them are priced at $3.99 but you can also get the deluxe versions, which feature lettuce and tomatoes. Those are each for $4.49 (prices may vary).
The Jollibee Chickenwhich is currently available at all the Canada store locations. The menu also features a variety of options for fried chicken, bucket meals, burgers and Jolly Spaghetti.
