Discover a New Way to Experience Luxury in Dubai
Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, the boutique elegance of La Ville Hotel & Suites has something special in store for you. I managed to escape the Canadian cold and had just landed in Dubai. La Ville was my first stop and I was excited to check this hotel out. The taxi drivers barely new it existed, (I think they want to keep it that way). About to find out why, I was excited for the 7-day adventure ahead of me in Dubai.

The Location
This hidden gem is located in City Walk Dubai, and positions you mere steps away from the unlimited shopping experience, without having to leave the comfort of the contemporary neighbourhood. The way locals and tourists blend together in this urban living area makes it a great spot for travellers looking to experience the authentic culture of Dubai, in true Emirati style.

Integrated into the metropolitan shopping area, the La Ville Hotel offers both convenience and privacy, best suited for business professionals looking to get away or network with a sophisticated crowd.

This low-rise hotel is also walking distance from many of your heart’s desires; including Dubai Mall, Etihad Museum, Kite Beach and must-see landmarks like the Burj Khalifa.

A stunning courtyard is set conveniently within the hotel grounds where you can enjoy dinner, live music and even a warm fireplace – this green space is the perfect abode to invite colleagues or friends for lunch.

If you’re worried about the downtown buzz, La Ville’s unique location means that most of the traffic is on foot. No noisy engines here and tucked away from the business.
The Room
Your room is your sanctuary, at La Ville Hotel. The views are magnificent, but so is the wallpaper artwork. You can choose from Deluxe rooms facing the City Walk neighbourhood and beach or the Premium rooms facing the Burj Khalifa.

The chic interior design work blends with its equally as trendy low-rise exterior. Your rooms are more than big enough for two with space to host some extra guests during the day!
If you’re looking to kick back like you’re back home, turn on the smart TV for a few hours and zone out.

More into the view? Me too, which is why your French-style balconies will be a welcome bonus. Everything from your air conditioning, minibar, and access to kitchen, family rooms, and suites will have you all set for any kind of stay at La Ville.
The Bathroom
Your rooms come with a sleek and modern bathroom with standup showers and elegant style. Whatever the use, your bathrooms come equipped with everything you’ll need to get ready in the morning or freshen up before the night out.

The Amenities
The only amenity you should focus on is the stunning and quiet rooftop pool. A great place to relax with a very chill vibe to soak it all in. A book, lunch & a drink is all you need to accompany the beautiful skyline view & rooftop pool.

You’ll also get free parking, free WiFi, airport transportation, and it’s even wheelchair accessible. Need a room to host a few meetings? Take advantage of La Ville’s conference facilities and meeting rooms for a seamless work stop-over.

The Eats
Start your day with access to the breakfast buffet and savour sweet and healthy meals. Kick off the long day of shopping and wandering around with the breakfast you wouldn’t dare skip. They had everything here from all the breads, jams and fixings to salads, dips, veggies, fruits and more. The menu had some classic breakfast meals like eggs any style, bacon, hash browns and sausages. This was a wonderful start to my day and very, very well done. The setting is perfect in the courtyard patio – just bliss.

Dubai is known for its extravagant eminence, and the dining experience at La Ville Hotel steakhouse, Graze Gastro Grill, is no exception. We all know good food starts in the quality of ingredients and preparation. Rare, medium or well, Graze’s Australian Premium meats, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired Josper oven, retain the boldest flavours, and will have you staring down every dish that passes you by! Or is that just me? This steakhouse did not dissappoint. The meat, the sides and the dessert were all done to perfection.

In the mood for all you can eat? Graze also provides a Grazing Feast every Saturday, where you can choose to dine for any three hours between 1pm-6pm, devouring their selection of meat and seafood dishes. Dive into their Josper Grilled Beef Flank, Beef Marmalade Toast, Salmon Medallions, Baked Truffle Mac & Cheese and much more, just don’t forget to come up for some fresh air in between.

The Standout Feature
The LOOKUP rooftop bar will have you doing just that! Whether you’re taking a dip in the infinity pool or chilling at the lounge, you can relish in the marvellous views of the Burj Khalifa and the City Skyline with a specialty drink or a Hubbly Bubbly Shisha in hand.
Day or night this chic rooftop bar offers shareable appetizers, light sandwiches and cocktails – or indulge in happy hour prices from 30 AED, offered every day between 4pm-7pm, as you soak up the last few rays of sunlight.

Not staying in the hotel? That’s okay, LOOKUP rooftop offers Pool Day Passes that expire at sunset for just 100-150 AED depending on the day of the week. There is a “smart casual” dress code required – but we already know you’ve got that covered.
The VIBE
Whether you’re hitting the shisha at the bars, chilling in the pool, working away in a conference room, there’s something for everyone. The service and staff were stellar and was always friendly. This hidden gem is a great place for business people who want to make some cultured networking connections. It’s also a great stop for urban city dwellers who don’t want to stray far from their shops.

The Overall VIBE
I personally love boutique hotels and La Ville Hotel & Suites is the epitome of one. Tucked away perfectly in a lively neighborhood, this hotel is quiet, luxurious, quaint but spacious and has wonderful staff and service. Hang out at the rooftop pool, the courtyard or take a stroll through City Walk Dubai. You can have a little bit of everything here. I highly recommend it for both business travel and vacations.
