Following an exceptionally long, dreadful bout of seasonal affective disorder (otherwise known as the 2013-2014 Toronto winter), we have been blessed with… an almost equally disappointing summer. Rainy, humid, and with nighttime temperatures that are chillier than an English mother’s love, it’s completely understandable if you’re constantly perplexed as to what you should wear. Let’s face it: Unless it’s blisteringly hot or a subarctic wasteland, the rest of the year’s weather in Toronto is pretty much an awkwardly indecisive in-between mess.
For guys, this presents a particularly puzzling conundrum: How does one not boil all day and also not freeze at night? Most gents have jobs that require pants during office hours that are hot at lunch but not nearly enough body coverage after dinner. The solution? Light jackets!
