There’s no better pick-me-up than a cup of something free and at this Toronto pop-up, REAL TEA is giving away six different varieties of stress alleviating teas.

Pop-ups in Toronto are a dime a dozen. Some offer clothing, while others offer limited time snacks but few and far in between offer great pieces of advice that could potentially help you through one of the biggest moments of your life.

Cue REAL TEA. Located at the south-west corner of King and Peter, REAL TEA may look like your average tea shop but we promise it’s not. They’ve got six teas on hand that were created in conjunction with Pluck Tea to temporarily alleviate the stress that comes with selling or buying a home on one’s own. And each tea takes on a different stress. For example, Property Power-Up is for those getting ready for their millionth open house, Bedding War is for those who need to rest easy before they make an offer on a hot property and Steeped Price is for those who need ease after overpaying for their dream home.

But why is this pop-up here and why should you care? Well, aside from getting some amazing teas for free, the pop-up is actually an initiative put on by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), one of Canada’s largest single-trade association that works with more than 100 real estate boards and associations and represents over 115,000 real estate brokers and agents. They’re trying to ease Canadians’ stress by encouraging the use of a REALTOR®.

And it makes sense. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. You wouldn’t go to court without equipping yourself with a lawyer or get a trendy haircut without the help of a salon expert (or maybe you would but you’d probably regret it,) so why would you take on the stress of buying or selling a home without the professional help of a REALTOR®, lawyers, and financial advisors? A REALTOR® is there to help you find your dream home, get the best price, make the process easier and ensure you live without regrets.

If you’re interested in learning more or sampling some complimentary limited-edition stress-relieving teas, head to the REAL TEA pop-up, located just west of Peter and King St. from 8am – 4pm on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 or visit Real-Tea.ca to sample the teas for free (shipping is not included).
