Over the past year, restaurants and pop-ups have been both closing and opening like never seen before. The latest opening to that mix is a new seafood restaurant and bar over on Toronto’s King Street West. It is set to take over Weslodge Saloon’s previous location while the restaurant and tavern will be moving elsewhere.
The restaurant is aiming to focus on a sea-to-fork concept by offering a fresh selection of east and west-coast oysters, ceviche, crudo and tartare. This is the latest venture of Hanif Harji and Charles Khabouth (Byblos, Patria) with doors officially opening on August 31, 2021. The interior has been completely transformed as well to reflect the vibes of the shores of the Eastern Seaboard.
Along with the freshest seafood, the menu is also going to feature a unique collection of cocktails with seasonally inspired flavours. Guests can look forward to a Daily Catch menu, along with charcoal grilled dishes like oysters, whitefish and lots more. The location has a open concept dining room along with an upper-level dining room.
Excited and eagerly awaiting to check out the place end of the month? If so, you might be in luck. Pink Sky at King Street West is currently accepting reservations by phone or through their website here.
