When it comes to New Year’s Eve, the key is to be as sparkly, shiny, and glittery as a New Orleans gay bar during Mardi Gras. To celebrate the arrival of 2015, you want your outfit to be the most memorable part of your evening – as in, if the flow of champagne means people only remember how well you were dressed and nothing else, that’s okay.
