We know you can’t make it out to every party, every single night but we don’t want you to miss a thing! Live vicariously through us as we give you insider access and take you to some of Toronto’s most notable events.
We’ve gotta hand it to the man – Jazz Cartier sure knows how to put on the show. The Toronto-based rapper has been making waves across the nation with his sophomore effort, Hotel Paranoia and most recently teamed up with Roots Canada for their #SweatStyle campaign.
The campaign, which centers around 8 of Canada’s brightest emerging musicians, features a series of in-store musical performances. And last week, Jazz Cartier proved that he is, in fact, the prince of the city and the talk of the town when he shut down Roots Canada‘s Bloor St. flagship location with his Q&A with Roots’ own Adrian Aitcheson, a secret show, and an all-you-can-eat buffet of Pi Co pizza.
After ditching the stage for the cash desk and performing 3 singles including Dead or Alive, Jazz Cartier hosted a meet-and-greet with those lucky enough to be in-the-know about the show. Check out some photos from the night below – you’re totally gonna want to get suited up in Roots after (luckily all sweat styles are 30% off until September 5th).
