Last week Perrier held a rad interactive pop-up event at the Burroughes Building, where they created an uber cool Adult Playground filled with vintage arcade games, fabulous Perrier-infused cocktails, and a trendsetting crowd. Truly a refreshing (and nostalgic) way to get the summer started.
While guests walked on AstroTurf and played competitive games of Pac-Man and Pong, local bartender and mixologist Sarah Parniak created incredibly delicious summer-ready drinks; the Down the Riviera in particular (made with Ketel One Vodka, fresh watermelon juice and lime juice, salted simple syrup, mint leaves, and of course a few dashes of Perrier) was a crowd favourite.
