Pizza Hut is reintroducing its Equal Slice Program, designed to empower local business owners through education, mentorship, and grants in a delicious twist for Canadian entrepreneurs. Since its debut in 2021, the Equal Slice Program has helped over 190 entrepreneurs. Initiatives like this encourage the growth and success of local businesses, having an impact across communities.

“The success of the Equal Slice Program demonstrates our commitment to empowering entrepreneurs. Our Equal Slice Program provides entrepreneurs with the support they need to refine their skills, enhance their business strategies, and achieve their goals, empowering them to make a meaningful impact in their communities,” Chris Taylor, Chief People Officer, Pizza Hut, said in a press release statement.
To date, the Equal Slice Program has embraced over 193 visionary entrepreneurs and awarded $300,000 in grants. Some of the past grant recipients include Danielle Murrell Cox and Zuri & Dre, who have benefited immensely from the program’s support.

Canadians have the opportunity to nominate themselves or other entrepreneurs that they know for consideration in the Equal Slice Program, which will launch this fall. You can participate by making contributions in person or online at Pizza Hut locations nationwide.
Five exceptional grant recipients are chosen to receive a $20,000 grant. It also guarantees that each participant benefits from comprehensive business education and invaluable mentorship.
