Featuring a five-course tasting menu prepared by The Food Dudes alongside specially curated wine pairings from Mavrik’s list of small-batch, limited edition wines, this is one of those nights that your palate won’t want to miss.
Honing his skills at Mack McEwan’s prestigious North 44, Adrian Niman left the famed kitchen to kickstart The Food Dudes – one of Toronto’s most inventive and exceptional catering companies turned food truck.
Sticking with Niman’s proclivity for procuring the finest in local fare and featuring it in accessible ways, this dinner will offer an unfettered opportunity to experience the fruits of a fantastic partnership.
