Gus Tacos In Toronto
Since opening the first location in 2019, it has become one of the most beloved taco joints in the city. The family-owned chain was started by Emilio Bravo Morales, his cousin Augustine “Gus” Skrzypek Morales, and Augustine’s father Michael. Their first culinary venture was in La Chilaca Taqueria back in 2017, at Kensington Market.
The menu is a true celebration of tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Customers can choose from a variety of protein options. This includes braised lamb, grilled steak, grilled fish, chicken, and pork. Vegetarian options are also available, in the form of mushrooms and fresh cheese with avocado.
The new location for the popular taco spot in Toronto is at 1546 Dupont Street. Gus Tacos is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm – 9pm and they’re available for takeout and delivery as well.
