French toast is delicious. Banana loaf French toast? Even better. Take your breakfast to the next level and satisfy a sweet tooth with this simple recipe.

Berry Sauce
What you Need:
2 tbsp of cold water
1 tbsp of corn starch
1 cup PC Organics Whole Red Raspberries
2 tbsp of sugar
In a small bowl, combine cold water and corn starch. Set aside. Heat frozen PC Organics Whole Red Raspberries until melted. Add sugar and corn starch mixture. Simmer and stir until thickened. Set aside.

Banana Loaf French Toast
What you Need:
4 PC Blue Menu Oméga-3 White Eggs
1 cup of cream
1 tsp of cinnamon
PC Gluten Free Banana Loaf Cake
2 tbsp of butter
In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, and cinnamon. Slice banana loaf into 1/4 inch slices and dip into egg mixture. In a frying pan, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Fry slices for 3 minutes or golden brown on each side.
