Could we be anymore excited that that REDS Wine Tavern is opening their second location? The downtown wine bar is expanding to what they’re calling REDS Midtown Tavern, with their official grand opening happening tomorrow, October 30th.
Sure, they may be taking the term ‘Midtown’ a little liberally, being at Yonge and Gerrard and all, but you can’t exaggerate their food and drink menus. Former TOCA Sous Chef Matt Robertson is taking the helm as executive chef, so expect some great food, including REDS’ awesome lobster guacamole. And with sommelier Billy Woon making up their wine list, this will be a no holds barred wino experience. And, to answer the question on everyone’s mind: Yes, the new REDS Midtown Tavern does indeed have shuffleboard!
