Restobar Peru, Toronto’s first Peruvian “pop-up” restaurant comes to 99 Sudbury! For three days only, Friday, July 13 to Sunday, July 15, Peru Gourmet Canada presents mouthwatering dishes that showcase the best of Peruvian flavours, as well as Canadian plates. The “talk of the dish” menu item is set to be Ceviche; cubed fish filets marinated with chili peppers and lime with sweet potatoes (one of our faves). There will also be over 20+ buffet items to choose from. The Restobar Peru kicks off within the trendy compounds of Queen and King West, “popping-up” to excite locals and attract Toronto foodies alike.
