The Drinks
Reyna on King has a wine and beer menu but the main focus is on cocktails. With a list of cocktails that are visually-stunning as well as delicious, it’ll be hard to choose which one to try first! Reyna on King follows a royal theme due to its name “Reyna” which is “Queen” in Spanish. They offer classic cocktails such as Sangria, Martinis, and Moscow Mules. However, their creativity really shows on their signature cocktail list. Their “Silkroad Treasures” cocktail includes havana club rum, St. Germain, coconut water, ginger shrub, pineapple cayenne syrup, cardamom bitters, pineapple leaves, shredded coconut. This cocktail is made with passion and is one you won’t find anywhere else.
Calling all queens, Reyna on King has another cocktail favourite for you called “The Queen’s Absolution.” This one consists of Absolut Elyxx Vodka, Creme de Violette, Strega, Lillet Blanc, lemon, and egg whites. Pair that with a gorgeous rose gold glass, what else could you ask for?

The Looks
Reyna on King, which alike the Bar Reyna is absolutely stunning, one-of-a-kind decor. The owner, Nicki Laborie, designed this place herself using copper, rose gold, whites, and lush greens to bring a more light and tropical feel to the place. Along the wall is a white neon sign that says “reine,” which is “queen” in French and references Laborie’s French roots. Reyna on King has large windows that open out onto the main street and allow lots of natural light. Another cool feature of this spot is the realistic-looking jungle of artificial plants that hang from the ceiling adding to the tropical feeling. This idea was inspired by a bar Laborie had visited in Spain. This little urban oasis has a fresh look and is super instragramable.
