Chef John Sinopoli attended the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan and went on to work at La Caravelle, where he was part of the team that earned the restaurant a three star review in the New York Times. After three years in New York, June of 2008 brought John home to his roots as Executive Chef/Partner at Table 17, creating seasonal driven Southern European menus for the exceptional wine bar and bistro.
