Mixed martial arts master and UFC star Georges St-Pierre needs no introduction. In fact, most people know him simply as GSP. The Montreal native may have taken a break from ultimate fighting – a sport that he’s helped make world famous – this past December, but he’s still one of the most admired athletes in the world. What have been some of your proudest moments in your career so far?
When I won my first World Championship title against Matt Hughes, and also when I got back up on my feet after taking a hard kick to the head in the 3rd round of my Championship fight against Carlos Condit.
You were bullied growing up. How did you take that experience to help turn you into the fighter you are today?
Bullying is just one of the few obstacles that made me a stronger person. I was always a proud person and I simply went through it the way I could. It also made me spend more time in the karate dojo, which turned out to be a good thing!
