Calling all gamers! One of the largest events for gaming is making a return to the city this summer after holding it virtually for the past two years. Based on the popular game series, the Smash Bros. tournament will include both singles and doubles categories. As for the venue, it’s all going to go down at the Sheraton Centre Hotel Toronto.

Get On My Level 2022 will be taking place from July 1-3. The two of the confirmed events so far are Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Last year’s tournament, Get On My Line, was hosted online so the excitement is definitely present for an in-person version this time around. Some of the best players in the scene will be making an appearance, like Zain “Zain” Naghmi and Masaya “aMSa” Chikamoto.
Another reason for players to get excited? There’s going to be a special Platinum level session for the Smash World Tour. If you get a spot, you can participate in the Smash World Tour Championship during the end of the year, for which there is a CAD $300,000 prize pool. Talk about an exciting incentive!
If you want to compete with some of the top global players, then don’t miss out on the chance to sign up. Full registration, along with ticket information and the programming for the Smash Bros. tournament can be found online.
