Rise and shine, folks! We’re only a week away from it being officially summer and it’s definitely exciting. The month has already been jam packed with Pride, festivals and shows, and there’s only more to come. And if you’re looking for some things to do in Toronto this week in celebration of Father’s Day, you’ve come to the right place. Check out the full list below.

Here are some things to do in Toronto this week:

The Yorkville Exotic Car Show

Take dad to a red-carpet event featuring a lineup of exotic cars on Bloor Street West. The free event is taking place on June 19 from 12pm – 5pm, with more than 90 cars on display for viewing. Toronto Blue Jays vs. New York Yankees

Catch a good ‘ole fashioned baseball game with dad this weekend. The Blue Jays and the Yankess are playing on June 19 at the Rogers Centre. So it’s the perfect opportunity to cheer for your favourite team while getting in some bonding time.

Taco Fest

It’s about to be tacos galore at this anticipated three-day event. Indulge in tacos from over 35 different vendors and pair the meal with tequila as well. The lineup includes Birria Catrina, Gus Tacos, Atomic 10, Ricks Good Eats and many more. Tickets can be purchased online.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Experience an evening filled with magic and spells at the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child production. Tickets for the 2pm show on June 19 at the Mirvish Theatre can be booked online.

Father’s Day Brunch

Whether you’re looking for a fancy or casual brunch with dad, there are no shortage of options in The 6ix. And what says celebration like a delicious spread of food and drinks, right?

Visit A Museum

Did you know you can go to 10 museums in Toronto for free for the whole year round? Some of these include Fort York National Historic Site, Spadina Museum, Gibson House Museum and Scarborough Museum. The AGO and ROM also offer free admission on select days and timings.
