Cheers to the start of a new week, everyone! With spring in full swing and Easter weekend coming up, there’s plenty of fun to be had in The 6ix this week. We’re also rooting for warmer temps, but regardless, the city is of course bustling with thrilling activities. For the full rundown, check out our list of things to do in Toronto below.
Here are some things to do in Toronto this week:
Beaches Easter Parade
The Toronto Beaches Lions Easter Parade, taking place on April 17, will start at Queen Street at Munro Park and end at Woodbine Avenue. The parade is slated to start at 2pm, so make sure you’re there on the dot. There will also be road closures, of which more details can be found online here.
A Grimm Night
Experience a theatrical experience based on the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tales. The immersive event is also a highly interactive one, allowing you to make your own way through the mystical world that’s been created. A Grimm Night runs from April 14 to 17 and tickets can be purchased here.
Easter Afternoon Tea
Thinking about any Easter plans? Four Seasons Toronto is hosting an Easter Afternoon Tea at d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud. The menu is set to feature a selection of sweet and savoury treats, like pastries, scones and drinks. This is available for dine-in and takeaway on April 16 and 17 from 12pm to 4pm.

The Grand Order of Divine Sweets
Accio Harry Potter fans! The Toronto bakery is turning its space into a two-day pop-up in celebration of the release of the Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore movie. In addition to a variety of confections, you can also look forward to a complimentary chocolate frog on your visit, while supplies last. The pop-up will run on April 12 and 13 from 10am to 7pm.
Cirque du Soleil
The artistic performance is back in The 6ix, this time with the show ‘KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities‘. The show will be happening at Ontario Place, starting April 14 until May 23 and tickets for the show can be purchased online here.
