Here are some things to do in Toronto this week:
Dune at IMAX Cinesphere
Experience the thrill of watching Oscar-nominated Dune in IMAX at Ontario Place. Tickets for the 8:00pm screening today are still available and tickets can be purchased online here. The movie’s playing at the Cinesphere and snacks and drinks are also available.
Winter Stations
The design competition is presenting their 2022 winners at an exhibition taking place at Woodbine Beach. With entries from more than 90 countries, there are six winning installations on display for viewing. Visitors can check them out until March 31 and more details can be found on the website.
Royal Ontario Museum
The Museum is hosting a range of free activities in celebration of Family Day. The activity stations include Solar System, Earth Rangers Studio, Lunar New Year, Game Zone, and more. They’re all operating today until 4:30pm and all you have to do is purchase a general admissions ticket here.
Kacey Musgraves Concert
Kacey Musgraves fans, rejoice! The singer’s much-awaited ‘Star Crossed: Unveiled’ tour, which had been postponed last month, is now taking place on February 25. It will be at the Scotiabank Arena, for which tickets can be purchased online.
Crokicurl
Stackt Market is home to the city’s first Crokicurl rink and it can be rented out for a 45-minute session. Each booking can include a party of up to 20 people and every Crokicurl ticket comes with a spot on their heated patio.
