As per the usual state of affairs, there’s lots going down from art and sports to music and pop-ups. So without further ado, let’s get into the roundup of things to do in Toronto from July 11-17.
Here are some things to do in Toronto this week:
Toronto Outdoor Art Fair
TOAF61 will be at Nathan Phillips Square from July 15-17 for the 300+ artist showcase. There’s also going to be performances, music and TOAF’s Beer Garden, along with thematic guided art tours. You can find more information online.
Toronto Fringe Festival
The in-person event’s taking place at 11 indoor venues with over a 100 shows of various types and styles. Free events will also be happening at the POSTSCRIPT Patio at the Tranzac Club.

BIG on Bloor
The festival is returning for its 15th year on July 16 & 17. You can check out the event on Bloor Street West from Dufferin to Lansdowne. Art installations, family activities, local vendors and line-up of QTBIPOC musical performers will be present for the two-day event.
Honda Indy 2022
The renewed motorsports festival is taking place from July 15-17 on the streets around Exhibition Place. For more information and ticket purchases, you can check out the website.
Summer Concerts at Harbourfront Centre
The musical event is featuring 40+ artists until July 24 at the Harbourfront Centre. This includes concerts from performers like Sara Ajnnak, Nive and The Deer Children, Choir! Choir! Choir!, and many others.
The FRIENDS™ Experience
The interactive experience is happening from July 14 2022 to January 2 2023. Taking place at the Yorkdale Shopping Centre, the pop-up features 12 rooms of set recreations, costumes from the show and a whole lot of merchandise as well. Tickets are available to buy online.

Bastille Day Toronto
Hosted by the French Federation of Toronto, the event is a celebration of French culture. There’s going to be interactive activities, music, food and lots more on July 16. Get more information online.
