Happy Monday, folks! It’s another week of summer, which means the options of activities and events in the 6ix are plenty. And with Phase 3 expected to be in motion end of the week, we’re sure that we’re not the only ones excited about everything that’s about to reopen. Bud Light Wax Bar
You may be vaxxed but want to get waxed? Kick off a smooth summer and head on over to Aroma Waxing Clinic on Bloor for a free wax on Saturday, July 17. Bud Light has partnered with Aroma to give away 100 free waxes from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis for those 19+ so get there early to snag a spot!
The Smooth Putt
How does a mini golf with a glass of refreshing cocktail at the Harbourfront Centre sound? The outdoor experience it hosted by Grey Goose and features a game of 9-holes of mini-golf followed by a vodka soda cocktail. The event is running until July 18 and tickets can be purchased here.
Pizza Garden
Along with outdoor events and patio dining, the summer has also brought us a new pizza garden. The space behind Murphy’s Law Pub & Kitchen outdoor patio now hosts two stone-fire pizza ovens. You can find them at The Beaches (1702 Queen Street East) and enjoy some delicious pizza with a cool beverage.
Mooby’s Pop Up

Kevin Smith’s fictional fast-food chain, Mooby’s, is making a return to Toronto this week. The burger joint will be there at 250 Adelaide from July 14 – 25. Pre-bookings can be made online here. Each Mooby’s meal comes with a main and side of your choice.
Wet’n’Wild Toronto
Calling all water park lovers! Wet’n’Wild is finally open after a year and their cabanas can be booked now as well. Each cabana can host up to a maximum of six people. For more details on reservations and tickets, you can check out their website.
Centreville Amusement Park
If you’re thinking of taking a trip to the Toronto Islands, then you definitely don’t want to miss out on heading to Centreville. With over 30 rides and attractions, there’s something for the whole family. Ferry tickets can be purchased here and tickets for the park can be brought on the park’s website.
Summer Cirque
Together Apart, Summer Cirque is an outdoor show you won’t want to miss. Being held at the Markham Fairgrounds, this experience transports you to another world the second you walk into the gates. With platform seating for 6 scattered around the stage, we all get to experience the show together…yet apart.
Cars and Coffee
Love cars and coffee? Then this is the event for you. This weekend only on July 18, enjoy a socially-distanced fundraiser for local charity Street Health. In addition to some sweet wheels being shown off, you can also enjoy live music, as well as coffee and delicious pastries to snack on. The goal is to raise $10,000 so if having fun for a good cause is your thing, then don’t miss out!
