Garden of Curiosities at Bayview Village
Bayview Village has collaborated with the Toronto Flower Market and Patchouli Design for this unique installation. The ‘Garden of Curiosities’ is an immersive dreamscape featuring seasonal blooms from local growers. It will be open to the public from from September 17 -19 during regular shopping centre hours.
Pick-Me-Ups by MilkUP
Say hello to Toronto’s first ever post-to-pay pop-up! Pay with social media posts instead of money at the Pick-Me-Ups pop-up at 639 Queen Street West. The vendors at the event include Cops Donuts, Ruru Baked, Milky’s and Kwento. The pop-up will run every Thursday to Sunday until October 2, 2021.
Enjoy the best of Asian cuisine at this year’s AsialiciousTO. Over 100+ food establishments are offering prix-fixe meals at affordable prices as part of the festival. The price range for each of the fixed menus goes from $10 to $30. The event is running until September 26, 2021 and the full list of participating restaurants can be found here.
Toronto International Film Festival
Happen to catch any of the amazing screenings at TIFF yet? Films are being shown both at in-person venues and on the digital platform. You can also check out workshops and industry talks featuring inspiring professionals from the film space. TIFF is taking place until September 18, 2021 and the compete schedule with screenings can be viewed on the website.
If you’re a fan of Aritzia’s classy and chic coffee shop, A-OK Cafe, then you can head to the cafe’s second and newest location in the 6ix. They serve a selection of hot and cold beverages, along with a variety of baked goods. This new location is situated at Sherway Gardens.
