Brown Donkatsu
Just as the name suggests, the restaurant serves up donkatsu. It is a Korean twist of the Japanese dish, tonkatsu. The item is a breaded and deep fried meat delicacy that is usually served with rice and a flavour of sauce. The restaurant has been a staple in Korea since 1986, with Markham having been their first Canadian location.

Customers can find this in a variety of options including pork loin, chicken breast and shrimp. They’re available as cutlets or tempura and cheese can added to the plate as well. Each order comes with a choice of sauce, curry or rice.
The restaurant will be open for takeout and dine-in!
