Bear Steak Sandwiches
While the two founders, Ricardo Barrientos and Aki Erenberg, started this operation out of Barrientos’ backyard they are currently working on expanding. And where better to start than a diverse and thriving space like Assembly Chef’s Hall?
A final menu is still in the works as they’re looking to bring forth various sandwiches. At the moment, customers can of course find The Sammy aka the sandwich that grew their popularity in the first place. This now-iconic item features Portuguese rolls, beef flank and chimichurri sauce.
Another addition to the menu is The Tosty. It comes with layers of cheeses (cheddar, mortadella, provolone), caramelised onions and ham. They’re available at the Chef’s Hall on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm – 10pm and on Saturdays only from 11:30am – 3pm.
