We all know that Toronto has a great selection of burger restaurants and now, we can add another one to the list. Pigot (pronounced “pee-jo”) Burger Club is the city’s new burger joint that is already gaining wide popularity. It is originally based in Calgary, Alberta with Chef Mike Pigot at the helm. The award-winning chef has made multiple television appearances, including on the Cooking Channel and The Food Network.

The burgers are accompanied by brown sugar onions and Pigot’s super-secret sauce. As for the patty, their custom beef patties come from Beretta Farms. Their two vegetarian options are made with Impossible Burger. But that’s not all! Another exciting item on the menu is Chef Robinson’s addition, the PBC x Heartbreak Chef Burger.
Pigot Burger Club must be hitting all the right spots, as they were completely sold on their first day! They operate from noon daily, with takeout and delivery available on Uber Eats, Skip The Dishes and DoorDash. You can also pick-up your order from their location on 1 Adelaide East.
