The concept of ghost kitchens has continued to experience a massive growth across The 6ix and the world. These micro-cloud kitchens are not only convenient for restaurant owners but it also helps to meet customer demand more efficiently, specifically during the pandemic. The city is home to plenty of these virtual kitchens. And now, the latest Toronto ghost kitchen to join the list is one that’s focusing on craft pizzas.

Toronto Ghost Kitchen
Known as Casper’s Pizza, the kitchen was introduced by the team behind East of Brunswick Pub & Kitchen, Dominion Pub & Kitchen, and Pogue Mahone Pub & Kitchen. All the pizzas feature local ingredients and poolish (pre-fermented) dough. The menu offers options four different sauces which includes white, red, pesto and BBQ.
The pizza names themselves are creative and fun. Ghostface Killah, Patrick Swayze, Ghost Rider, The Vanishing Hitchhiker, to name a few. There’s also vegetarian options like The Sixth Sense (Lightlife meat), and Mr. Stay Puft (Fior di latte, parmesan, cheddar).
You can also find a variety of dips and appetizers (wings, buffalo cauliflower bites and more). Orders can be placed on Uber Eats and they operate daily from 12pm. Casper’s Pizza is also offering a 25% discount on all their pizzas until February 9.
