Tonight, the city will be privy to a pop up meat party. A meat party, you say? Yup, you heard right. In reality, the event is called Meat Candy, and you can expect three chefs, six variations of gourmet burgers, hot dogs, and some tasty cocktails to wash everything down.
Initiated by the man behind Osteria di Ganzi, Dan Gunam never ceases to up the anti in Toronto’s culinary scene. Last year, we saw his pop up series ‘Secrets & Lies’ do fantastically well, and now he’s at it again with his latest pop up, Meat Candy.

Location? Seems Mr. Gunam likes to keep secrets… All we can tell you is to head to the corner of Adelaide and Peter anytime between 6pm to 10pm tonight, and you are guaranteed an entertaining night. From there, you will be taken to the Meat Candy pop up secret location to indulge in some deliciously designed burgers and hot dogs. Prepare to get down n’ dirty because apparently these are going to be over-the-top and lip-smacking good.
There is no cover charge, with burgers sold at $10.00 and hot dogs at $8.00. Seriously, if you have no plans, we just found some for you. You can thank us later.
