With Shook, the true taste of the Middle East is only a stop away at King West. The vegetarian menu highlights a unique array of dishes, each with traditional spices and ingredients. This includes shakshouka, celeriac shawarma, tabbouleh and more. Originating from Vancouver, it’s the sports-themed bar’s second Canadian location in Toronto. Not only is the restaurant known for its caesars, but the spot also serves burgers, steak and delicious bowls and salads. The patio is open daily from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and reservations can be made via Open Table.

The Rosedale Diner
The Rosedale Diner serves an eclectic fusion of Middle-Eastern and Canadian dishes and flavours. The menu features a collection of both meat and vegetarian options. Weekend brunches with a separate menu are also available. The patio is open Tuesday to Friday from 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. and closed on Monday. The craft brewery serves a selection of beer along with a short and sweet menu of sharables and sandwiches. Along with beer, they also offer wine and cider. The patio is open Monday to Thursday from 4 p.m. and Friday to Sunday from 12 p.m. No reservations are required and customers are served on a walk-in basis.
