Cheers to making it to anther Monday, Toronto! There’s less than a month of summer remaining and we already know we’re going to make the most of what’s left. Of course, what we’re going to miss the most is enjoying warm, sunny days on a patio. But patios or not, all of us still want to experience the best of the city’s food scene. So without further ado, here’s our roundup of the top six restaurants of the week.

Sushi Masaki Saito
Holding the title of the first and only restaurant in Canada with a two Michelin-starred chef, Sushi Masaki Saito is for the sushi enthusiasts. The restaurant serves an omakase set menu that pays homage to the traditional and authentic dining style of the Japanese. They’re open for dinner every Monday to Saturday from 6 pm – 11 pm and closed on Sundays. Reservations can be made online here.

Pasaj
This Turkish brunch bakery and restaurant is operated by the same team behind Simit And Chai Company. Pasaj offers Turkish bagels and other Istanbul classics like eclairs, tartelettes and profiteroles. The dishes featured also include shakshouka and the Turkish breakfast spread. Brunch at their Dining Hall is available from Thursday to Sunday from 9 am – 3 pm.
Must haves: Baklava, eclairs, bagels
Añejo Restaurant
Along with a variety of Mexican delicacies, Añejo Restaurant is also known for their endless selection of tequila. Items on the menu include tacos, salads, steak, grilled cactus and more. Did we mention that they have a long menu for tequila as well? If that isn’t your thing, not to worry. They also serve beer, wine and cocktails. They’re open Monday to Friday from 3 pm – 1 am and Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm – 1 am. Reservations can be made online here.

Conzo’s Pizza
The casual pizza eatery is the sister spot to the Italian-American restaurant Sugo. Conzo’s Pizza has gained popularity for their wood-fired pizzas and rotating pasta dishes. They offer a lot of flavourful options when it comes to the pizza and starters. This includes White Pepperoni, Rosé Pizza, Cheese and others. They’re open every Tuesday to Saturday from 3 pm – 9 pm.

Miss Thing’s
Another one of our restaurants of the week is Miss Thing’s. This Hawaiian restaurant features a menu of contemporary dishes and cocktails. You can find options for small plates, large plates, burgers and sandwiches. They are open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday from 5 pm – 12 am and till 2 am on weekends. Constantine
This hotspot on Yonge and Bloor serves a Mediterranean menu with highlights of season ingredients and flavours. Crispy pizzas, along with smoked meat and seafood are some of the classics that adorn the menu. The dine-in menu consists of flatbreads, pasta, grilled chicken, sea buckthorn, striploin and more. They’re open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday 5 pm – 10 pm and reservations can be made online here.
