Here are the top six restaurants of the week for Venezuelan cuisine:

Pomarosa Coffee Shop & Kitchen
From smoothies and baked goods to ceviches and desserts, this place is sure to satisfy all your cravings for Venezuelan cuisine. There are a lot of beverages as well, including coffee, cold drinks and alcohol.
When it comes to arepas, one of the spots you don’t want to miss out on is El Venezolano. The restaurant is most well-known for the many variations of the two classic dishes, which are the arepas and empanadas.
The Arepa Republic
Choose from nine different flavours of arepas from this North York spot. This also includes gluten free and veggie options. Additionally, there’s also tequeños, which are fried wheat dough rolls filled with cheese.
The restaurant pays tribute to both Argentinian and Venezuelan flavour profiles. There’s both types of empanadas, with appetizers that include yuca fries, tequeños and sweet plantain. The arepas are gluten free, and there’s main plates as well.
There is a range of items to pick from with the menu at MAIZ. Arepas, quesadillas, tacos, churros and a few appetizers can be found. Pair with any of their drinks options like beer, cocktails or wines.
