La Société
We love La Société for its Parisian bistro style and cuisine, and now we’ve got another reason: On Thursdays they offer oysters for $1 each. Yeah, you read that right.

Montecito
You can’t go wrong with popping into Montecito’s brasserie during the week; they’ll be hosting a special of the day throughout the spring months. Here are some of our favourite days to take note of: Mondays are their Burger & Beer night, where you can get a pint of Steamwhistle as well as a burger and JW potatoes for $20.00. Sharing is caring on Tuesdays at Montecito, sharable carafe’d cocktails are $20. For those who can’t live without their vino, stop by for Wine Night Wednesdays for 1/2 price bottles. Swing by Thursdays for 1/2 price pizza or Friday between 5pm and 7pm for buck-a-shuck oysters and 1/2 price bottles of champagne. You’re welcome.
Luma
Starting March 28th, those heading home from the financial district should consider making a pit stop at Luma. Every Monday through Friday guzzle down Magic Hour specials including $5 Martinis and Manhattans at the bar, from 4:oopm to 8:00pm.

Let’s be real: you can always count on Earls to turn “just one drink after work” into a “night out on the town,” especially with their Happy Hour every day from 3:30pm to 6pm. If you’re looking for an afterwork wing night, head to Earls after 3pm for $6.50 Korean hot wings.
The Ballroom
This quasi bowling alley/quasi sports bar is full of happy hour events this summer. Weeknights from 4pm to 8pm, bar rail drinks are just $4. Then, their “Throwback Thursdays” offer $4 bar rail drinks, $5 Moosehead and Jagerbombs, and $3 Red Bull Editions after 9pm. This all-day Italian snack bar is the perfect place to grab a morning cappuccino or weekend brunch. We’re pretty big fans of their scrambled eggs with burrata and shaved black truffles, and now, we’re even bigger fans of their après work special: with the purchase of any drink from 4-7pm on weeknights and after 5pm on weekends, you get complimentary nibbles. This includes a rotating mix like miniature pizzas, pickled buffalo mozzarella, candied orange peel, and marcona almonds.
Crush Wine Bar

The Caledonian
For a taste of good ol’ Scottish hospitality, Toronto’s got The Caledonian. It’s our favourite destination for deep fried Mars bars and haggis fritters, and now we’ve got yet another reason to go there: select pints are only $5 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5pm. Pair those with their fish and chips or house-made Scottish steak pie and there’s really nothing better.

If you’re in the Ossington area looking to get your booze on while keeping your wallet in tact, head to Boehmer on Tuesday nights. You can look forward to buck-a-shuck deals, $22.00 lobsters and 1/2 price bottles of wine. The restaurant recently made Canada’s Best 100 Restaurants so you know it’s gonna be good!
