Calling all gluten-free foodies! If you’ve been looking for some delicious GF eats in Toronto, this festival will be heaven. From frozen treats to baked goods and freshly made meals, the Gluten-Free Garage is back and will be bigger than ever! Whether you’re celiac, gluten-free or just a lover of alternative food options, this festival is for you. Looking for something to do this weekend in Toronto? Add a stop to the Gluten-Free Garage to your list.
After Ronnilyn Pustil’s daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease, the Pustil’s “quickly realized that gluten-free food would be her medicine for the rest of her life” and “for the past 13 years have been on a quest for the best gluten-free food that is high quality, delicious and on the healthier side.” The Gluten-Free Garage was born to bring people together and share in the development and abundance of GF food options! The industry has come a long way since Pustil’s daughter was first diagnosed and this is something to be celebrated.
The 9th annual Gluten-Free Garage will take place in Toronto this Sunday, May 29th from 10am to 4pm. The event will be hosted on the site of the historic Wychwood streetcar barns at Christie and St. Clair and you can expect over 60 vendors!
Everything at this gluten-free food festival is carefully vetted to ensure those who have celiac disease and gluten intolerances are comfortable and safe. Expect to be able to try new foods and experiment without having to worry if the items really are safe or not.
If you’re interested in grabbing a ticket, advance tickets are only $10 here or you can pay cash for tickets at the door for $12.
