It is said that we Brits really love a good cuppa tea, and as a native of the Limey tribe I can confirm that we do indeed drink a lot of it. I’m talking upward of 5 cups a day… really. It’s the perfect accompaniment to a good morn, a serious catch up, or a cozy night on the sofa watching a movie. And with the weather being typically Canadian recently (I didn’t even know -25 was a real temperature until I moved here) there is no better excuse to fix yourself a brew. Now it is no secret that here at View the Vibe we enjoy a good cocktail every now and then, and so with tea in mind we went on the hunt for steeped and stirred concoctions so that we may marry the comfort of the tea cup with the sweet release of hard liquor. And with the health benefits that certain tea varietals offer, it would be a smart choice to treat yourself to a second for the good of your health and all. Now time to raise your glass and your pinky as we cheers to the drink of the British nation. Tally-ho!
