The Blackbird Public House is hosting the Absolut Warhol NYE party to ring in 2015. This AndyWarhol-themed event is set to take over the expansive 8,700 square foot space on multiple floors in the heart of downtown with plenty of dancing, DJs, a three-course prix-fixe menu, 80s-inspired cocktails, and party favours to get and keep the soiree going well past midnight.
Bambudda
Gastown favourite Bambudda is serving two menus New Year’s Eve starting with an 8pm five-course prix-fixe menu ($45.00 per person), and a seven-course prix-fixe menu ($65.00 per person) featuring classic Cantonese dishes prepared by Chef Curtis Luk. Bartender Tarquin Melnyk will be reimagining traditional celebratory cocktails like Millionaires, the stirred Seelbach, and the French 75 to ensure you’re in the party spirit.
Telus World of Science
TWISTED events is set to present (and take over) Telus World of Science on New Year’s Eve, and this party is guaranteed to go off. Featuring five fully-licensed bars, more than 1,000 attendees, multiple rooms for dancing, and six of the city’s top DJs helping you get your groove on – it’s a must. Never mind the fact that it overlooks False Creek and the gorgeous city skyline – what better a place can you think of to ring in 2015?
Mamie Taylor’s
Mamie Taylor’s is hosting their second annual New Year’s Eve Party that’s always a hit (and perfect for those of you last-minute types out there). Boasting an informal and come-as-you-are approach — just like the restaurant itself — expect an evening of rampant fun with an open bar crafting proper vintage cocktails and pouring select beer and wine throughout the festivities, which promise to extend well into New Year’s Day. Appetites will be satiated thanks to Chef Tobias Grignon who will be serving canapés, small bites, and late-night snacks cocktail-style to keep you upright.
Shangri-La Vancouver
Get dolled up an put on the party dress for a night to remember (or maybe not, depending on your tolerance) and head to the 5th Annual New Year’s Eve Gala at Shangri-La. You definitely don’t want to wait – tickets are almost gone to this exclusive party catering to a classier clientele. Partygoers will love exploring the multitude of rooms including the elegant Conway ballroom, two VIP rooms, an amazing heated solarium, outdoor terrace, and entertainment from some of Vancouver’s top DJs, and more.
L’Abattoir
Fans of Gastown’s French-inspired dining destination can now ring in the New Year while enjoying simple flavours in the refined setting offered up by L’Abattoir. They’ve lined up several ways to celebrate the arrival of 2015 we think you’ll like. Partygoers can hobnob with guests in the restaurant’s main dining area, where L’Abattoir will be serving up its full a la carte dinner service (coupled with non-stop cocktails!) in a festive/fun atmosphere in the heart of all the downtown action.
West Oak

This year West Oak offers an evening of unforgettable food, cocktails, and company for New Year’s Eve complete with several dining options catering to the needs of all partygoers. For those looking for an elevated dining experience before painting the town red, they’ve lined up a 6pm a la carte menu to ensure the bubbles don’t go directly to your head.
