The seasons might change but there’s one thing that doesn’t and that’s that there’s always something fun happening during a Toronto weekend. And if you need ideas for a family-fun activity, how about heading to the cinemas? You can get tickets for $2.99 every weekend in October for some of the classic movies that everyone can enjoy together.
Family movies at Cineplex
There’ll be a movie playing every Saturday at the Cineplex theatres across the 6ix and the rest of Canada. The Family Favourites deal movie screenings will all begin at 11 am:
- October 1: Shrek
- October 8: The Goonies
- October 15: Shrek 2
- October 22: Shrek The Third
“Weekend plans for the whole gang just got easier,” Cineplex states on their site. “Enjoy all-ages programming from the comfort of your local Cineplex.”
