As the summer approaches, there are so many activities to do across the city. But, if staying in is more your scene, or for those rainy days and chilly nights, there is also a ton of new programming that’s just about ready to stream this month. From Pete Davidson’s return to the screen to a new crime drama, here’s what you should be watching–and talking about–this month.

Famous guest appearances from Bobby Cannavale, Ray Romano and Machine Gun Kelly offer an exaggerated look at Davidson’s adventures. The series premieres May 25 on Showcase.

Paramount+ brings a taste of Australian crime

It seems that Paramount+ is the place to stream new and fan-favourite crime dramas. The latest addition includes The Last King of the Cross, which takes inspiration from John Ibrahim’s best-selling autobiography of the same name. In it, viewers follow Ibrahim’s “rise from a poverty-stricken immigrant with no education, no money, and no prospects, to his ultimate rise as Australia’s most infamous nightclub mogul in Sydney’s Kings Cross – a mini-Atlantic City, barely half a mile long with every form of criminality on offer,” according to the press release. The show premieres on May 17.
The Neighbors couple reunites on AppleTV

Tom Holland also leads a star-studded cast in The Crowded Room, which premieres on June 9 on AppleTV. Holland is joined by Emmy Rossum and Amanda Seyfried in this psychological thriller set in Manhattan in 1979. A young man is arrested for a shocking crime, and an unlikely investigator is tasked with picking up the pieces.
