Wine And Fried Chicken
The pandemic and subsequent lockdowns have resulted in a variety of unique F&B concepts and this is surely one of them. Think comfort drink paired with even more comforting food. And that’s exactly what Poulette offers its customers. There is no separate physical storefront as of yet, and they’re being run within the Paris Paris kitchen.
And now, the most important question; what’s on the menu? Simple and classic is the name of the game here. The menu features good ole’ fashioned fried chicken combos, a fried chicken sandwich and a selection of sides. This includes cornbread, onion rings, smiley fries and crinkle cut fries.
The beverage section, on the other hand, has a wider selection of bottles with prices ranging from $10 to $290. Orders for pick-up and delivery can be placed on Ambassador and Uber Eats.
