Calling all wine lovers, GO Transit and Wine Rack have just announced an exciting, all-inclusive wine tasting experience. This tour will showcase their popular Niagara wine estates, Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin. Sounds like the ultimate fall getaway; whether you enjoy red or white wine this tour will have something for you!
Getting to a Niagara Winery
You can now take a Saturday wine tour from downtown Toronto to Niagara and back through GO Transit and Wine Rack, free of the hassle of QEW traffic. All you have to do is purchase your tickets and hop on the bus! This exciting tour includes travel on a GO Transit bus from downtown Toronto directly to either Inniskillin or Jackson-Triggs winery.
Passengers will board a GO bus leaving the Union Station Bus Terminal at 9am on Saturday mornings. The bus will go straight to Niagara-on-the-Lake for a stop at either winery. If you’d like to learn something along the way, just ask your host for some local Niagara winery knowledge. The full-day tour includes a two-course lunch with tastings and wraps up back in downtown Toronto at 4 pm.
The trips will run every Saturday, starting September 18th and go until October 16th. The only exception is for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Tickets are $99 and must be purchased in advance directly from Wine Rack.
