The extended lockdowns (and the weather) have no doubt affected our mental health to a great extent. Taking up different indoor activities, including fun workouts, can be a good way to keep our spirits up. The YMCA of Greater Toronto and ParticipACTION have released another set of exercise videos to help Canadians with their well-being.
The new set of workouts by the YMCA and ParticipACTION focuses on cardio training and strength. And the best part? The entire video series is available for free online. Trying out different exercises can help in improving both our physical and mental health.
