11th Annual Come Up to My Room | January 23rd to 26th
The Gladstone Hotel’s annual massive art exhibit proudly presents Toronto’s largest alternative design show, boasting a whopping 4,000 visitors scoping out the 25 installations created by 60 talented artists across the show’s four day stretch.
The Big Give | January 23rd
What’s better than being a part of a seriously outstanding charity event? Doing it surrounded by sharks, of course! This year’s The Big Give, which supports Look Good Feel Better – a foundation that brings women with cancer together in a safe and supportive environment – is being held at the state of the art, brand new Ripley’s Aquarium. Awesome!

Interior Design Show | January 23rd to 26th
Host to talents from across the city, nation, continent and beyond, the incredibly impacting Interior Design Show exhibits new and upcoming products, inventive and contemporary designers, and cutting edge concepts.
Winter Craft Beer Festival at the Roundhouse | January 25th
Bundle up! Roadhouse Park, outside the Steam Whistle Brewery, will be setting up shop to play host to tons of craft breweries sampling their finest brews. Snacks to be served, too!
motionball Gala hosted by Carmen Electra | February 7th
Sidle up next to Toronto’s finest at The Liberty Grand for the motionball ThreeSixtyFive Gala, which supports The Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Tons of cash is raised annually through fundraising by motionball, and all proceeds go directly to athletes, training programs and volunteer recruitment.

Chef’s Challenge: The Ulitmate Battle for a Cure | February 8th
Food Network babe Giada De Laurentiis will host this year’s challenge, which is kind of like a charitable, live Iron Chef-style battle: in order to participate in the day’s challenges and compete with celebrity chefs, participants must raise a minimum of $2,500, which supports care and research in women’s cancers at Mount Sinai Hospital. Gala dinner tickets can be purchased for $1,000 from Mount Sinai Hospital. This year has a really cool bonus for Air Miles members: redeem 1,500 points or buy a $150 ticket to a special meet-and-greet with Giada de Laurentiis the morning of the 8th!
Love-a-Heart Auction | February 13th
Toronto fave hangout The Hideout will host this year’s Love-a-Heart Auction, which fundraises for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and sees some of Toronto’s social media darlings auctioned off for this great cause. How exciting!
Bond Affair Dinner Series | February 14th
The Bond Affair Dinner is a secret location pop-up dinner series, with exciting and enticing locales from 5-star restaurants to museums to estates. Culinary perfection blended with cultural thrill makes this one not-to-miss event!
Bloor-Yorkville IceFest | February 23rd and 24th
Watch as Bloor-Yorkville is transformed into an enchanted garden created entirely out of ice, or rather carved out of a whopping 35,000 pounds of ice, that is! Watch breathtaking ice-carving demonstrations, a sensational ice-carving competition, and snacks and treats to be enjoyed by all during this two-day fest.
Recipe for Change | February 27th
Some of Toronto’s most sought-after chefs work alongside students at this charitable event to raise awareness and fundraise for healthy food programs in schools. The culinary talent will present an array of delectable dishes, to be savoured alongside VQA wines, local beer and organic coffees and teas.
