Everyone loves a good deal right? Most of us are probably used to buying a sweater and getting a mask for free but that’s not how all Torontonians are living. Throughout the month of August, Concord partnered with Porsche Toronto to offer purchasers of a Central penthouse a brand new 2021 Taycan (AKA Porsche’s first electronic vehicle). Talk about a move-in incentive! Not only was the offer a sweet deal but Central is one of the most high-tech buildings in the city.

Not only is the building green focused, but it’s also luxurious! Their shared amenities include a glass bottom hot tub, indoor/outdoor swimming pool with a giant outdoor theatre screen, state-of-the-art gym facilities and equipment, a yoga/pilates studio, formal dining room, golf simulator room, bocce field, outdoor fire pit and BBQ seating area.
“Our everyday interactions are predicated on interconnectivity; Central’s innovative amenities and cutting-edge conveniences are a glimpse into the future.”

Sustainability at Central
As the first building in Ontario to offer EV charging outlets in every parking space and offering Porsche’s electronic vehicles to their penthouse purchasers, it should come as no surprise that Concord is committed to sustainability. Concord generates enough energy to power 175 000 EV vehicles every year through their solar and wind projects in the province. Energy efficient buildings are the way of the future and Central is certainly at the top of Toronto’s list.
