The restaurant landscape in the 6ix continues to diversify and this time Union Station in Toronto is getting a taste. The new spot, which is set to open at the landmark in 2023, is being introduced by Liberty Entertainment Group. It’s the same team behind BlueBlood Steakhouse, and Don Alfonso 1890.

The new venture is expected to serve a variety of steak as well, in addition to premium sushi and other seafood delicacies. The Blue Bovine Steak and Sushi House will be located at the Station’s East Wing. The restaurant will cover over 10,000 square feet, with an entrance through Front Street.
The concept is being designed by Nadia Di Donato, who is the VP and Creative Director at Liberty Group. The team aims to shine a light on the heritage location with the restaurant, which is also credited to how involved Liberty Group has been in being a part of the city’s entertainment and dining space.
