Ink Entertainment, the renowned group behind Toronto spots like Amal, Clio and Rebel, is opening its newest location, Ultra, in partnership with Harlo Entertainment. From the decor to the drinks, this spot puts on a show giving you all sorts of Alexander McQueen vibes. Situated on St. Clair near Yonge, this upscale supper club brings the downtown vibe up to midtown.

Here’s what to expect at the new club
Set to formally open its doors on June 6 to the public, View the VIBE got an exclusive sneak peek of the new venue. In attendance were Toronto Raptors’ Precious Achiuwa, as well as highly decorated Canadian Olympian Penny Oleksiak. Achiuwa rolled up in style in an all-white Bentley limousine.

The VIBE
Ultra boasts three different spaces each with its own unique inspiration. The Ochre Room, at the centre of the experience, lined with gold decor offers an intimate vibe that feels straight out of a bond movie. With hanging lights, and sofas lined around the octagon-shaped room, prepare for a lounge-style experience.
The Onyx Bar, a dimly lit space lined with dark curtains, booths and standing tables offers both sophistication and class. This is exactly the type of spot you’d expect to find downtown. Finally, the Mineral Lounge, an upstairs terrace, is meant for a more relaxed atmosphere. With views of Yonge Street and a full-service bar, soak in the summer sun. As far as dining options go, Ultra offers a variety of pan-Asian-style cuisine alongside a number of original cocktails.
