For more than a while now, Union Station has been turning into more than just a place for transit. It is becoming a popular dining spot in The 6ix as well, welcoming everyone whether you’re commuting or not. A new addition that’s opening its doors next week within the station is a fine-dining steakhouse. It’s the newest establishment from Liberty Entertainment Group in partnership with Kevin O’Leary and Mitch Marner.

Aside from the classic steakhouse offerings, the restaurant is also set to have fresh daily seafood and an ultra-premium sushi program. It would also be one of the few steakhouses to have the certified seal of Japanese Kobe.
This one’s truly for meat and seafood lovers. From sushi rolls to sashimi and nigiri, all things seafood will be created under sushi chef, Yi-Joo Na. You can indulge in traditional Japanese dining with the Omakase sushi bar and table.

There will be a separate steak menu as well, highlighting premium, high-quality grade meat on display.
“Here, we’re bringing many worlds together, and welcome all including the corporate
world for lunches and meetings, the after-work crowd ready to unwind, travelers coming in and out of the city, and pre- and post-game and show fans and their teams’ heroes, to join us to celebrate,” Nick Di Donato, president and CEO, Liberty Entertainment Group, said in a press release statement.
When it comes to the design, one of the centrepieces is a bespoke bronze bull weighing 1,500
pounds. The walls are covered with art pieces that give off a street-style atmosphere. There are commissioned works by Mr Brainwash, Mr Pinkbrush, Peter Tunney, and local artist, Peter Triantos.
The colour palette for the spacious restaurant is a blend of rich browns and blues with a striking red accent.
